The city council is meeting to discuss enacting a local ordinance regarding teen curfews. A local group is pushing for the city to enact a 9pm Sunday -Thursday curfew for all people age 15 and under, 10pm Sun-Thurs for ages 16&17, and an 1130pm Friday and Saturday curfew for all people 17 and under. In a well thought out composition please articulate your position on this topic with a well explained reasons. Be sure to include a counter argument within your composition.
