Think about the Graff article and what it says about the thinking processes that are learned when we are truly engaged in a topic and how they relate to intellectualism. 

Now write a short composition (ignore your thoughts that tell you to use the 5 paragraph essay structure) in which you:

1. Explain the idea above: Engagement leads to intellectualism.

2. Think of the positives of how this idea relates to you and YOUR GOALS. 

3. Think of how this idea doesn't work in relation to you and your goals.
