Here is the article of the week for the week of Nov. 8, 2010.
Please be sure to respond in a complete paragraph, using complete sentences and your BRAIN. Think!!!!
This is an essay by Albert Einstein. If you find it difficult, read it again, it's short. For the main idea, after you have read the whole thing (yes, I want you to read all of the sentences, in order, at least once), think to yourself: what was this about? answer it in 1 sentence or less and you've got the main idea. I also want to know what you think about it, remember, respond in an academically appropriate manner, and with some thought, I want you to think for yourself! Do you agree? disagree? see things from a different point of view? know of an example? Share! Think! you've got a brain between your ears, use it!!

Article of the Week #5
Here is the article of the week for the week of Sept 20-24. It is the text of President Obama's Back to School Speech from September 8.
Read the entire text. Look for main ideas, details that support the main ideas (and yes I mean ideas, plural).
Make sure your answers are in paragraph form, full and complete sentences.
When you post in the comment section, put your name on it correctly (last time I still had a bunch of students type in their full name, NO! use your first name, last initial, and class period).
